با ما تماس بگیریدRather than purchase a dedicated parting blade I was thinking of grinding my own like the photo below. I see no reason it should not work just as well, if a large enough blank is used, say 4" x 3/8 x 1/2 high and one would not need a special holder for that thin blade. I have ground 1/4, 5/16...
When parting off bars, a sub spindle can be used to pull the part off while significantly reducing toughness demands and increasing tool life. It can also allow for using a more wear resistant grade which in turn improves tool life even more. Perform the parting operation but stop feed approx. 1 mm (0.04 inch) before centre.
when I grind my skews I move the Roborest to the CBN side and set it to 35. I hone my skews for the vast majority of it's sharpenings so I rarely have to use the Roborest in that position. Parting tools are sharpened free hand. I have 6 that for whatever reason have a slightly different grind. It's easy to just do those by eye and feel.
Parting Tool (flat): Parting tools are used for parting through spindle stock, and several other operations. 45° is a good general angle. Edges (face:edge) need to be 90°, so must be held square to wheel. When ground flat on the platform (not vertical), it will have a flat edge rather than a "hollow-grind" (curved).

After grinding the bevels, grind the nose (the point of the V) to the same angle as the bevels. This removes the small protruding hook that forms there. Don't confuse a parting tool with a corner chisel. The bevels of parting tools are ground on the outside; bevels of corner chisels on the inside. Sharpening a Parting Tool
How to Make a Parting Tool From A Sawzall Blade. I really enjoy making my own woodturning tools, if for any reason, just to see if I can do it! So I thought I would make my own parting tool for woodturning.. I've made a couple of turning tools with carbide cutters, and some with HSS cutting blanks, all turned out to be very useful.
The parting tool has an angle of around 50 degrees. So all you have you to do is set your tool rest on the grinder up for a 50 degree angle grind. Turn the grinder on and lower the tip of the parting tool onto the moving grinding wheel for a few seconds. Turn the parting tool over and do the opposite side for the same amount of time.
to add a little bit to rklopp's notes, you do have to grind the top of conventional bevel edge & "dogbone" section parting tools. Grind flat to just clean up the top bevel if the parting will be deep. But there is nothing wrong with grinding a slight back bevel for about 1/2" or so on top of the tool, maybe upt to 3/4".

Why HSS Parting Tools tend to bind and a possible solution. For a number of years I have been puzzled by the tendency of HSS parting tools to bind when they are deep into a cut. Some have proposed this is due heating of the work and encroachment of the part on the tool causing a grab. Others have proposed changing the geometry of the cutting ...

There is a special parting tool holder made by Jones and Shipman that is frequently encountered at auctions etc. Its key feature is that it is cranked so that the cutter is at 45 degree on the right, to the shank. Fig cranked parting tool holder. All parting has to be done with the cutter at right angles to the workpiece.
A Tool Grinding Rest. Accurate grinding of the required faces can more easily be achieved with an adjustable grinding rest. The photo on the right shows a simple grinding rest which is only angle adjustable (not height) and it has a sliding fence which can be used to hold the cutter at a set angle as it travels across the edge of the grinding wheel.
